The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in field service leadership within petrochemical or rotating equipment, plus strong mechanical skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience leading field service personnel.
• 3–5 years of experience in the petrochemical, compression, rotating equipment, or related industrial.
• Proven experience servicing centrifugal and reciprocating compressors.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and mechanical specifications.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field mechanics and coordinate service activities.
• Perform complex compressor repairs and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Read mechanical drawings and document field service activities.
• Communicate with customers and management on equipment conditions and needs.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
