Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial generator repair experience in shop and field; 5+ years preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AC and DC electrical schematics / blueprint reading.
• Journeyman electrical license preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate job expectations to customers with accurate quotes and time estimates.
• Provide the Service Manager with status reports on all open work orders.
• Coordinate and implement safety programs following corporate policies.
• Review monthly service operations to assess progress toward goals.
• Supervise and develop service department personnel.
• Travel up to 20% and maintain customer communications.
