Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced Solution Architect with 10+ years in Field Service Management to design and deliver FSM solutions for utilities and energy clients. You will lead architecture, oversee implementations, and mentor a high-performing team across engagements.

Travel may be required to client sites, and you will collaborate with ERP/CRM and data analytics teams to ensure scalable, secure, and integrated outcomes that align with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in FSM or similar with utilities/energy focus.
• Led complex FSM implementations and integrations with ERP/CRM/CIS/BI.
• Web-based apps: XML, JSON, HTML5, AngularJS.
• Cloud FSM platforms: Salesforce Field Service, Oracle FieldService, ServiceNow FSM, Click.
• Familiar with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Design integrations using SOAP & REST.
• Agile or hybrid delivery with backlog management.
• Strong knowledge of utility operations, asset management, compliance.
• Leadership with mentoring and client-facing consulting.
• GIS integration and mobile workforce management familiarity.
• IoT, AI, ML in FSM knowledge.
• Professional certifications in solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSM solution design and architecture tailored to clients.
• Provide technical leadership during implementations and ensure timelines.
• Engage with clients to translate needs into requirements and designs.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team.
