Motion & Flow Control Products Inc. (Motion Solutions) is seeking a Field Service & Fabrication Technician to lead advanced field service, repair, fabrication, welding, assembly, inspection, and troubleshooting on customer-owned equipment and Motion Solutions units at client sites, branches, or fabrication areas.

Qualifications

• Accreditation from a technical school or welding program preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressively responsible field service, mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, welding, fabrication, assembly, repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service, fabrication, welding, assembly, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting work.
• Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, schematics, manuals, and customer specs to plan work.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, fabricate, weld, assemble, and inspect equipment at customer sites or shop areas.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and junior staff.
• Coordinate daily priorities, materials, tools, and documentation with the Branch Manager.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while meeting profitability targets.
