Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative (FSR Team Lead) to manage a four-person field service team supporting a U.S. Army prototype program.

You will coordinate maintenance, diagnostics, logistics, and readiness reporting across multiple test locations, with extended TDY travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground or Fort Bragg. Qualifications

• U.S. citizen required.
• Active Secret security clearance required maintained throughout employment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of military vehicle maintenance, field service, sustainment, logistics, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams or field support personnel.
• Advanced troubleshooting on tactical wheeled or combat vehicle platforms.
• Experience with vehicle testing, fielding, sustainment, or modernization programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office and electronic maintenance reporting systems.
• Ability to satisfy installation access and Government credentialing requirements.
• Willingness to travel extensively for TDY assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated OEM-KBR Field Service Representative organization.
• Develop staffing plans, site coverage, and daily work assignments.
• Coordinate maintenance across test locations for vehicle readiness.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, repair, and restoration of prototype vehicles.
• Serve as primary contact for OEM program leadership, Government personnel, and test agencies.
• Support prototype builds, configuration reviews, and system integration.
• Support training materials, maintenance publications, and parts documentation.
• Manage inventory accountability and replenishment activities.
• Support FRACAS activities and failure investigations.
• Assist in New Equipment Training and operator familiarization.
• Maintain maintenance records, readiness reports, and technical documentation.
• Support KPI tracking, dashboard reporting, and monthly performance reviews.
• Coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Support logistics and maintenance demonstrations and user assessments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, configuration management, and reporting requirements.
