Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Lead Field Application Engineer to lead deployment and integration of our humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America. The role involves on-site visits, data collection, lab-based simulations, and leading demos across projects.

You will manage PoC/pilot initiatives, coordinate technical activities, and supervise testing and improvements in collaboration with engineering and product teams. Up to 40% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading robotics deployment projects and automation systems.
• Hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience managing concept/pilot projects and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations.
• Plan and supervise on-site PoC and Pilot projects (short and long-term).
• Integrate development activities into deployment projects with engineering leadership.
• Oversee data collection and requirements, ensuring successful integration.
• Lead lab test and site acceptance testing strategies and execution.
• Conduct product demonstrations in lab for customers, investors, and internal teams.
• Represent Humanoid at expos and events with live demos.
• Coordinate testing of different product releases for on-time delivery.
• Oversee solution integration in customer facilities for seamless operation.
• Prioritize customer feedback and implement improvements to performance and deployment.
• Plan and supervise maintenance tasks and remote engineering support.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support to optimize deployment strategies.
• Support go-to-market activities with customer use case analysis and solution development.
