Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) system for the Bull Run Pipelines Project. You will provide quality leadership, implement the CQC Plan, and coordinate with the Owner, subcontractors, and design partners to ensure compliance with contract documents.

The role requires heavy civil construction experience, field presence, and expertise in USACE three-phase control, ACC documentation, and quality management principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical or electrical) or construction management.
• Self-starter with strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in communicating quality requirements to project personnel and owners.
• Experience implementing project-specific quality plans and working with owners on acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project CQC program for Bull Run Pipelines Project.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and update the project-specific CQC Plan.
• Manage CQC staff and ensure adequate QC coverage of all work phases and shifts.
• Oversee ACC-based quality documentation, inspections, and controls.
• Provide field coaching on CQC reporting, inspection, testing, and quality requirements.
