MWH Constructors seeks a Quality Control Manager for the Bull Run Pipelines Project. This field-based role leads the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) system, providing direct quality leadership and ensuring conformance to contract documents.

The candidate will manage CQC staff, develop project plans, integrate ACC/Bluebeam documentation, and coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and testing agencies to resolve issues and maintain high quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with quality control programs.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Ability to communicate quality requirements to project teams and owners.
• Experience developing and implementing project-specific quality plans.
• Proficient in ACC, Bluebeam, and construction documentation tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead the project CQC staff and ensure adequate QC coverage across work phases.
• Develop and update the project-specific CQC Plan for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate three-phase control system for each Definable Feature of Work.
• Manage inspections for workmanship, equipment, and materials per specs.
• Integrate quality requirements into work plans and construction sequence.
• Lead meetings and ensure documentation is completed and submitted.
