Job summary

Noble Casing, Inc. is seeking a proven on-site Lead Pump Operator to oversee fluid pumping operations, rig up/down, and equipment maintenance at customer sites. You will manage downhole calculations, supervise a crew, and ensure safety standards are met across all tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written, with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and in oilfield environments.
• Proficient in oilfield well servicing and downhole calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, service, and maintain drilling and pumping equipment.
• Be proficient in downhole operations and calculations.
• Lead a standalone crew and supervise on-site operations.
• Directly interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and safety.
