Job summary

SLB in the United States seeks a Pump Operator to deliver safe, efficient PSD to customers in field operations. You will rig up and rig down cementing service equipment and assist crews with preparing equipment for operations.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain one, at least 1 year of pumping experience, a clean driving record, and the stamina for long shifts in remote field environments. You will follow HSE procedures and participate in safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain one.
• 1 year of pumping experience
• Clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination

Responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down cementing service equipment at work locations.
• Learn basic oil well operations and the associated hazards.
• Assist with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete associated documentation as well as other documentation, and forms as required.
• Operate and maintain cementing equipment.
• Promote safety awareness and environmental responsibility in all work activities
• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
