Job summary

Noble Casing, Inc. is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee field and shop crews across the Casing Divisions. You will coordinate equipment, schedule jobs, stage tests, and manage personnel while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in oilfield operations and proven leadership, with strong communication and HR coordination abilities. Occasional 24-hour availability is expected in this region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement NCI’s Mentor program
• Efficiently organize and manage crews in all Casing Divisions
• Schedule jobs then stage and function test all equipment before completing job paperwork
• Manage employees concerns
• Propose improvements and work with upper management on implementation plans
• Directly responsible for all field and shop personnel within division in specific region
• Available 24 hours to address customer and supervisor concerns
• Determine need for equipment and maintain inventory of supplies and sale inventory
• Submit all reports promptly and maintain high-quality task execution
• Adhere to all company policies and safety practices
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, evaluate, train staff and manage promotions/transfers/discipline
• Perform other duties as assigned within safe and efficient constraints
