Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain one.
• 1 year pumping experience
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination
• Ability to pass background checks, physical exams, and drug screening
• Competent in following routine oral and written instructions
• Proficient in basic mathematical calculations relevant to field operations
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including long shifts, irregular hours, and on-call availability with short notice
• Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions and remote field environments
• Must have work authorization for US
• Must be 21 years old minimum

Responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down cementing service equipment at work locations.
• Learn basic oil well operations and the associated hazards.
• Assist with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete associated documentation.
• Operate and maintain cementing equipment.
• Promote safety awareness and environmental responsibility in all work activities.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain equipment in good, safe working order and report problems.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
