Job summary

MatchBuilt, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Northeast Florida operations. You will own day-to-day management of single-family luxury homes, from preconstruction handoff through closeout, overseeing schedule, safety, trades, and the homebuyer experience.

Based in Amelia Island, you will work from a home office and be on site daily across assigned communities, coordinating inspections, drafts, and turnover while maintaining quality standards and client communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience with field leadership of single-family homes.
• Ability to run multiple homes/phases while managing schedule, quality, and budget.
• Knowledge of Florida Building Code, local inspections, and coastal construction requirements.
• Experience coordinating trades, deliveries, and inspections across several homes at different stages.
• Proficiency with construction management software; Buildertrend experience is a plus.
• Strong, professional communication with homebuyers, trade partners, inspectors, and internal teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; construction management degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preconstruction reviews and accept formal handoffs, confirming plans, permits, site conditions, budgets, and risks.
• Build and maintain baseline schedules and rolling look-aheads reflecting progress and constraints.
• Direct daily trade sequencing and jobsite logistics, including access, staging, deliveries, and site cleanliness.
• Verify installed work against plans; document critical conditions with photos before concealment.
• Schedule inspections; maintain permit documents on site and manage reinspection if needed.
• Drive rolling punch and closeout documentation through turnover and warranty.
