Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Canvassing Manager to oversee a team of field agents generating leads across the Brooklyn territory, with weekly travel to the Farmingdale, NY office. You will coach, mentor, and empower your team to outperform expectations and drive a strong pipeline for sales consultants.

The role requires high energy, prior management experience, and 5+ years in sales or related roles, along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for training and ongoing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Prior management experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel to Farmingdale, NY for training and ongoing duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead From the Front by actively participating in field outreach and guiding the team toward daily goals.
• Motivate & Coach a high-performing team through on-the-spot coaching and regular feedback.
• Drive Lead Volume by overseeing outreach to create a strong pipeline of qualified appointments.

• Be the Product Expert by training the team to educate homeowners about products and services.
