Job summary

Loomis US is seeking an Operations Supervisor to learn and oversee Vault/Coins/ARMOR routes, with a focus on safe, cost-effective operations. You’ll train staff, monitor routes, and ensure policy adherence across the branch.

Responsibilities include scheduling, dispatch oversight, cost control, and maintaining service levels while coordinating with sales and other departments. Prior experience in armored/ATM operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Scheduling and routing experience to manage daily operations.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and solve problems.
• Armored/ATM experience is a plus; supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain scheduling/routing on a daily basis.
• Oversee armored and ATM routes and dispatch; may ride along.
• Control costs and ensure efficient route, terminal, and vault ops.
• Ensure safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities through training.
• Develop customer service skills among operations staff and respond to inquiries.
• Recruit, interview, train, and supervise operations personnel as needed.
• Emergency response and data maintenance for routes and vaults.
