Job summary

LumaEnergy seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily field and support teams in Cayey, PR. You will supervise tasks, monitor performance, and drive safe, efficient operations while developing a high-performing workforce.

You will analyze resource needs, coordinate outages, and lead restoration efforts, ensuring regulatory compliance and budget discipline across activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BS in Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years in utility or field operations with at least 2 years in team leadership.
• Experience with OSHA and NESC safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and workforce activities, assign tasks, set priorities, and lead operations meetings.
• Support outage response and coordination of crews, tools, and restoration efforts.
• Train and develop employees; coach and address skill gaps; ensure safe, capable workforce.
• Monitor safety compliance, reinforce standards, and foster a respectful work environment.
• Analyze feeder data, outage trends, and equipment conditions to strengthen grid reliability.
• Track expenses, review timesheets and invoices; ensure budget alignment.
• Resolve employee concerns and conflicts, including in unionized environments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, labor agreements, and safety standards.
