Aspen Neuroscience, Inc. in Denver is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist, Surgical Operations as a founding field team member to support neurosurgical cell therapy studies.

You will drive site readiness, guide surgical workflow, and translate field experience into scalable standards across the clinical program, with high autonomy in partnering with investigators and surgeons. The role requires 10+ years in field clinical support, surgical delivery, and trial environments; responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in field clinical support or surgical/trial roles.
• Experience with cranial, stereotactic, or intracranial delivery workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based clinical and technical guidance across sites for surgical workflow and protocol execution.
• Oversee site onboarding, training, and capability development for investigators and teams.
• Drive pre-case readiness including scheduling, staffing, and materials coordination.
• Provide advanced onsite support during neurosurgical procedures and resolve deviations.
• Ensure protocol, patient safety, and data integrity across sites.
• Build relationships with investigators and hospital stakeholders as a clinical advisor.
