Job summary

Terumo Neuro in Denver seeks an Associate Specialist, Field Clinical to provide technical, clinical, and educational support for all Terumo Neuro products. You will train physicians and hospital staff, and support product evaluations with the North American sales team.

You will coordinate clinical in-services, develop product expertise for neurovascular procedures, ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling, and travel to hospitals as needed to deliver outstanding patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in Angio-Suite interventional procedures with neuro endovascular experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical case support to physicians and hospital staff for neurovascular procedures using Terumo Neuro products.
• Deliver educational and technical trainings for physicians and hospital staff on initial use of new technologies.
• Collaborate with North American Sales to support product evaluations and in-services.
• Develop understanding of Terumo Neuro product applications in neurovascular procedures.
• Support product evaluations through education and clinical case support.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly, including trunk stock scans and expense reports.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant anonymized case images and documents.
• Communicate with Territory Sales Managers to support business outcomes.
