Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of South Carolina seeks a Lead Field Manager/Sales Associate to design, demonstrate, and sell low voltage lighting systems mainly during evening hours. The role requires conducting on-site demonstrations, preparing proposals, and closing sales on pre-qualified leads with an expected closing rate of 65%-75%.

Ideal candidates will have sales experience along with strong communication skills and the ability to perform physical tasks. A clean driving record and reliable vehicle for sales calls are necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in a related field or comparable experience is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record is essential.
• Strong communication skills are necessary to interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site lighting demonstrations at the customer's residence.
• Prepare proposals for lighting designs and close sales.
• Revisit customers within 3 days post-installation for adjustments.

3 years in a related field or comparable experience

Minimum of 1-year industry experience
