Job description

An Outdoor Lighting Perspectives installer will be responsible for installation of low voltage outdoor lighting systems generally in residential and commercial settings - we design and install AWESOMENESS! Strong work ethic and customer service mentality are the most important qualifications - we will train you on the rest! We are a new business and are growing quickly! Seeking candidates interested in the possibility of career advancement/crew management.
Part to full time - guarantee of 24 hours a week, could exceed 40 in busy times

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with a shovel
• Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations
• Speaking with the customer to upsell other products
• Provide customer with system orientation as applicable
• Proper care and operation of company vehicles
• Ensuring there are proper inventory levels
• Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
• Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs
• Clean up of all areas affected by the installation
• Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable
• Speaking with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Has a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)
• Makes a good first impression by being well-groomed, articulate, personable, and comfortable meeting new people
• Enjoys interacting with customers with respect and integrity
• Above-average technical ability

• Systematic in their approach
• Strong sense of pride and integrity in work product

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ideal candidate should have varied computer experience.
• Will train the right candidate.
