Job summary

Ernst Brothers is seeking a Field Manager to lead daily construction activities on luxury residential projects, coordinating field personnel, trade partners, and deliveries to ensure on-time, on-budget completion with quality craftsmanship.

You will work with the Project Manager to maintain schedules, verify field conditions, and uphold Ernst Brothers' standards for safety and professionalism. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach on active job sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily construction activities on assigned projects, coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Plan and sequence work to maintain project momentum, performing layout and verifying field conditions to ensure accurate execution of plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards through routine inspections; promote and enforce jobsite safety expectations.
• Partner with the Project Manager to maintain project schedules, coordinate daily work activities, and resolve field issues proactively.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution and communicate progress, risks, and schedule impacts.
• Complete Procore Daily Logs accurately and maintain site documentation, photos, and field records.
• Support punch list development and project closeout, following SOPs and field processes.
• Lead, develop, and support field personnel while fostering a positive, professional jobsite culture.
• Coordinate subcontractors and hold them accountable to project expectations and Ernst Brothers' standards.
