SOLV Energy is seeking a General Foreman to oversee foremen, journeymen, and construction crews on a field project in Kirtland, NM. You will interpret drawings, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 7–10 years of construction/crew supervision experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of OSHA regulations. Local union coordination and cost control are part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have 7–10 years of construction, concrete and/or masonry experience with crew supervision.
• Graduation from high school or vocational school with journeyman carpenter experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specs and codes.

Responsabilités

• Supervise foremen, journeymen and crews on site.
• Interpret drawings and plans for field teams.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and code compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and track work progress and materials.
• Order supplies and equipment and manage costs.
• Report on personnel, costs and safety metrics.
• Direct use of machinery and materials and ensure safe application.
• Address issues to keep projects on track and within budget.
