Gibraltar Fabrication, LLC in Texas is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead field crews on heavy civil and perimeter security projects. You will coordinate daily production, manage crews, equipment, materials, and safety on site.

The role requires proven leadership, ability to read drawings, plan work, and maintain quality and schedule. You will mentor crews, enforce safety, and report progress to project management while performing hands-on tasks as needed.
