Job summary

You will supervise work, plan activities, read drawings, and maintain communication with project management. A minimum of 3 years in field leadership and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a working foreman or similar field leadership role in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with earthwork, excavation, concrete, or infrastructure construction.
• Experience coordinating field crews and heavy equipment operations.
• Experience with perimeter security, fencing, gates, bollards, or related infrastructure preferred.
• OSHA safety training or certifications preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate daily field crew activities.
• Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower, equipment, tools, and materials.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Review plans and field conditions to plan and sequence work.
• Track daily production, quantities, labor, equipment usage, and progress.
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule performance on site.
• Mentor and develop crew members while reinforcing safety and performance expectations.
• Communicate daily progress and resource needs to project management.
• Perform hands-on construction work as needed to support field operations.
• Coordinate with operators, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Support daily safety meetings and job hazard assessments.
