Job summary

KAIKER DEVELOPMENT + CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead field operations at residential and commercial sites across OH, IN, and KY. You will directly manage on-site crews, coordinate daily carpentry and field work, and collaborate with superintendents to keep projects on schedule.

This hands-on leadership role blends technical trades with mentoring, enforcing OSHA safety, reading blueprints, monitoring quality, and maintaining field documentation to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related construction supervisory and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to listen and take direction from superintendents and office management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage field crews while remaining hardworking and adaptable.
• Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and structural blueprints for residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hands-on carpentry work and supervise field crews on-site.
• Coordinate field labor, equipment, and materials to maintain productivity and schedule alignment.
• Read and interpret project blueprints, structural specs, scopes of work, and timelines.
• Enforce site safety protocols and OSHA standards to keep crew safe and compliant.
• Monitor quality control to meet company and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate daily field documentation including progress reports and timecards.
