Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a RVA CLS Principal Engineer Field to lead field technicians and sustain the RVA network at Malmstrom AFB. Position based in Great Falls, MT with a 5/40 schedule and year-round dispatch to remote missile fields.

The role requires senior technical leadership, safety compliance, and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. Occasional travel is required; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with a Bachelors in Science; 3 years with a Masters; 1 year with PhD. 4 additional years may substitute for degree.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead field technicians to sustain RVA equipment at field sites and on network.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with NOC and government contacts.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs; document configurations.
