Job summary

NORLEE INVESTMENTS LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Lead Service Technician to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and building automation/HVAC controls in the field. You will respond to service requests, perform routine and emergency repairs, and support upgrades to ensure safe, reliable operation.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of BAS platforms such as Niagara/Tridium, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, and Siemens, plus excellent communication

Qualifications

Minimum three years of combined experience in commercial HVAC controls, BAS, electrical and repair work.
Experience troubleshooting BAS platforms and commercial HVAC control systems.
Capable of reading schematics and operating instructions; strong customer communication.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and HVAC controls in the field.
Respond to service calls, including emergency and on-call requests.
Perform routine maintenance, calibrations, and upgrades on BAS equipment.
Document service activities and labor hours using electronic work orders.
Interact professionally with customers and explain repairs and options.
