Valor-Environmental is seeking a Full-Time Crew Leader (Construction/Landscaping) in Conway, SC. Pay rate is $18.00–$21.00 per hour plus overtime.

The role includes leading daily crew activities, coordinating with clients onsite, and ensuring safe, high-quality work across landscaping and construction tasks. Qualifications include prior construction or landscaping experience, leadership background, a valid driver's license, and comfort with technology.

• Leadership experience in construction or landscaping projects.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable using technology and field devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead all crew activities for daily operations, including site arrival, materials management, quality checks, field communication, safety practices, and equipment care.
• Interact with clients on site to ensure work is completed to plan.
• Reinforce company culture with crew regarding attire, work ethic, safety, and attitude.
• Ensure materials are well-kept, utilized efficiently, and waste is minimized.
• Lead in installation and maintenance of storm water protective measures as needed.
• Operate heavy equipment (trencher, skid steer, bobcat, backhoe, sweeper) and truck/trailer safely in compliance with laws.
• Demonstrate organization and proficiency with electronic devices (phones, computers).
