Key duties include developing schedules, overseeing site logistics, reviewing plans with engineers, and mentoring junior staff. Travel up to 100% and a pathway to leadership are core aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field.
• Minimum 5 years construction management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 100%

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule.
• Review construction and contract documents for completeness and constructability.
• Coordinate plans and specs with design engineers, resolving discrepancies.
• Develop and manage project schedules, including three and six-week look-ahead schedules.
• Lead site logistics planning and Mortenson tool usage.
• Supervise craft teams and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure safety, quality, risk, and compliance on the project.
