Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years of fiber optic or telecommunications testing experience.
- Ability to independently lead technical projects from planning through execution.
- Experience analyzing test data and applying statistical methods.
Responsibilities
- Lead optical and mechanical testing programs for new product development and qualification.
- Translate requirements into structured testing plans and oversee testing activities.
- Analyze test data and present technical conclusions to stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers and technicians; contribute to reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with design teams to drive design iterations based on test results.
