The role demands hands-on testing, supervisory duties, and coordination of crews on site to assure data accuracy and safety.

The candidate should have 5+ years in telecommunications, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with test equipment and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 5+ years telecommunications experience or training.
• Color vision and good hearing required.
• Proficient with MS Office and vendor-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all test equipment assigned to the project.
• Ensure test equipment calibration is current.
• Write and present daily reports as needed.
• Assign tasks to subordinates and monitor quality and safety.
• Supervise work shifts and ensure timely final paperwork.
