Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, is seeking a senior project manager responsible for directing the most complex fiber network projects and overseeing all fiber maintenance in-market.

You will lead project plans (SOW, BOM), schedule teams, and ensure quality delivery on time while mentoring junior managers and coordinating with customers and vendors. This role requires PMP or equivalent certification and extensive outside plant experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• 4 years familiarity with outside plant fiber engineering and large fiber networks.
• 5+ years managing and maintaining fiber networks; PMP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level technical expertise to peers and management.
• Lead the most complex fiber projects from planning to completion with SOWs and BOMs.
• Manage splicing and testing of OSP facilities daily.
• Plan and implement fiber connectivity programs within budgets and schedules.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure on-time, quality delivery.
• Mentor less senior project managers and review project profitability.
• Conduct QA inspections and join status meetings with customers and vendors.
• Prepare reports and close-out documents; support customers 24/7.
