Job summary

Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) in Savannah, GA is hiring a Construction Foreman to lead a 2–3 person fence installation crew on commercial projects. You will organize daily activities, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold quality workmanship while coaching junior teammates.

Qualified applicants have commercial fence experience and a valid driver's license; CDL is a plus. This full-time, year-round role offers $28–$36/hour DOE, overtime, bonuses, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Commercial fence installation experience required
Foreman, crew leader, lead installer or supervisor experience preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable driving trucks and towing trailers
CDL is a plus, but not required
Ability to read a tape measure, layouts, and construction plans
Strong leadership and communication skills
Dependable, organized, and safety-minded
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs.
Able to work outdoors year-round
Must successfully pass a background check

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a 2–3 person commercial fence installation crew.
Organize daily work activities and coordinate job-site priorities.
Keep installation projects on schedule and communicate progress as needed.
Install a variety of commercial fencing, including chain link, wood, vinyl/PVC, aluminum, and ornamental fencing.
Read layouts and construction plans to accurately complete installations.
Set posts, pour concrete, install rails, gates, hardware, and other fencing components.
Safely operate trucks, trailers, hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and project specifications are met.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
Train, coach, and support crew members.
Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and company leadership.
Help troubleshoot job-site challenges and find practical solutions.
