Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 3–5 years of experience in fence installation, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of installation practices. The position requires a valid driver's license and allows for work in diverse outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of fence installation experience, including crew leadership.
• Strong knowledge of fence layout, post setting, gates, and installation practices.
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise fence installation crews on job sites.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, deliveries, and material staging.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety procedures.
