Seegars Fence Company in Augusta, GA seeks a Team Lead & Foreman to guide a crew in installing residential, commercial, and industrial fences. You will ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion, using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.

• Physically fit; able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient math skills.
• Welding or carpentry experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving.
• Experience in fence, roofing, construction or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a team in installing fences per client specs.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Coach, train and develop crew members and ensure safety.
• Maintain PPE, and keep crew truck and tools organized.
• Read tape measures and levels accurately.
• Communicate with customer and project management clearly.
• Anticipate client needs and prevent issues.
• Ensure all fence types offered are installed correctly.
