Job summary

Perimeter Solutions Group is hiring a Construction Foreman to lead a commercial fence crew in the Savannah area. You will supervise a small installation team, keep projects on schedule, and ensure high-quality workmanship while developing less-experienced team members.

Hands-on leadership is essential; you will train, coach, and communicate with customers, project managers, and leadership to drive successful outcomes. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Commercial fence installation experience required.
• Foreman/Crew Leader experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CDL is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to read tape measures, layouts, and construction plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a 2–3 person commercial fence installation crew.
• Organize daily work activities and coordinate job-site priorities.
• Keep installation projects on schedule and communicate progress.
• Install chain link, wood, vinyl/PVC, aluminum, and ornamental fencing.
• Read layouts and construction plans to complete installations accurately.
• Set posts, pour concrete, install rails, gates, and hardware.
• Safely operate trucks, trailers, and tools.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
• Train, coach, and support crew members.
• Communicate professionally with customers and project managers.
• Troubleshoot job-site challenges and find practical solutions.

Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead commercial fencing installation crews throughout the Savannah area.

This is an opportunity for a skilled fence installer who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You'll oversee a small installation crew, help keep projects on schedule, maintain high-quality workmanship, and play an important role in developing less-experienced team members.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise a 2–3 person commercial fence installation crew
• Organize daily work activities and coordinate job-site priorities
• Keep installation projects on schedule and communicate progress as needed
• Install a variety of commercial fencing, including chain link, wood, vinyl/PVC, aluminum, and ornamental fencing
• Read layouts and construction plans to accurately complete installations
• Set posts, pour concrete, install rails, gates, hardware, and other fencing components
• Safely operate trucks, trailers, hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and project specifications are met
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Train, coach, and support crew members
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and company leadership
• Help troubleshoot job-site challenges and find practical solutions

What We're Looking For

• Commercial fence installation experience required
• Previous experience as a Foreman, Crew Leader, Lead Installer, or Supervisor preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable driving trucks and towing trailers
• CDL is a plus, but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure, layouts, and construction plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and safety-minded
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round
• Must successfully pass a background check
