Job summary

H&S Fence LLC is seeking a Fence Construction Foreman with a Class A CDL to lead installation crews and haul materials to job sites. You will organize materials, drive the truck, and work with the crew to install agricultural fencing systems.

This working foreman role requires strong leadership and the ability to operate equipment, lift heavy loads, and perform outdoors in all weather conditions. Benefits include overtime, holidays, PTO, bonus, retirement plan, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Safely haul materials, equipment, and trailers to job sites
• Ensure crew, equipment, and materials arrive safely and on schedule
• Organize materials and prepare job sites for installation
• Lead and assist the crew with fence installation
• Install agricultural fencing systems including barbed wire, woven wire, continuous fence, and gates
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, post drivers, and power tools
• Maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment in good condition
• Represent H&S Fence professionally with customers and landowners
