Job summary

H&S Fencing & Supply in Highland, WI seeks a Fence Construction Foreman to lead field crews. This is a leadership role first — fence experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field crews in construction, agriculture, landscaping or trades.
• Natural leader; people follow you and respect you.
• CDL Class A or willingness to obtain one within a set schedule.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work in Wisconsin winters and summers.
• Reliable, organized and accountable; you set the tone on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–4 person installation crews on residential, agricultural and commercial fence projects.
• Set the daily work plan; assign tasks, manage pace and enforce quality standards.
• Train and develop crew members; set the standard to which they perform.
• Maintain a job site culture of safety, professionalism and pride in the work.
• Oversee all installation phases: layout, post setting, panel and line installation, gates and finish work.
• Operate and maintain company trucks, trailers and equipment.
• Load, stage and manage materials across multi-stop days.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers and report progress to the office daily.
