Job summary

SWI Fence, LLC is seeking a hands-on foreman to lead our fence installation crew outdoors. You will layout, supervise safety, manage time, and ensure quality work on each job.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, 3 years experience with a fence company, strong leadership, and excellent communication; we offer full benefits including health, paid holidays, vacations and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience as a foreman on a fence installation crew.
• Time management.
• Amazing work ethic, physically strong and able to work a full shift outdoors.
• Strong leader.
• MUST HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A FENCE COMPANY.
• Must know how to install Commercial Chain Link, Ornamental Aluminum, Vinyl, and other fencing materials.

Responsibilities

• Layout your crew to perform in an efficient and safe manner.
• Keep track of your crew's time and ensure all paperwork is submitted on time.
• Interact courteously and respectfully with clients.
• Work efficiently with attention to detail to ensure quality work and a positive overall experience.
