Job summary

WILLIAMS GIN & GRAIN, INC. in Frost, TX seeks an experienced Feed Mill Manager to oversee daily operations from raw material intake to finished feed production.

You will formulate ration, manage schedules, monitor equipment, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while supervising staff and coordinating deliveries with suppliers and customers, driving efficiency and cost control across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience managing feed mill, grain, or agricultural processing operations.
• Knowledge of feed formulations, manufacturing processes, grain handling, quality control practices and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team, including training staff and assigning tasks.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills for inventory, documentation and reporting.
• Mechanical aptitude for monitoring equipment performance and coordinating maintenance.
• Effective communication with team, suppliers and customers and clear direction on priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in agriculture/feed science is beneficial.
• Prior experience in agricultural businesses or rural operations is preferred and safety adherence is essential.
