Job summary

ECC is seeking a licensed Architect or Professional Engineer to lead the delivery of complex federal design-build projects throughout the United States and around the world. Candidates should have 5 to 15 years of real-world design experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary subcontracted A/E teams while communicating effectively in large meetings.

Salary target for San Antonio is $115,000 to $125,000 annually; ECC offers benefits and opportunities to expand

Qualifications

Current registration as a Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible design experience.
Experience coordinating multiple technical disciplines and leading design efforts.
Ability to successfully lead multidisciplinary subcontracted A/E teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the design management lead on complex federal design-build projects.
Guide projects from proposal development through final design and construction support.
Coordinate multidisciplinary A/E teams and align design efforts with project goals.
Lead and facilitate large stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and outcomes.
Support delivery across federal programs including facilities, infrastructure, and shipyard developments.
