Job summary

Life Time in Algonquin, IL seeks an Aquatics Supervisor to lead the team, ensure safety, and deliver excellent member service in our indoor/outdoor pools. You will train staff, respond to inquiries, and uphold programming quality while maintaining clean facilities. This role requires lifeguarding credentials and strong communication with guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid.
• Previous lifeguarding and coaching/instruction preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Aquatics Team Members to ensure safety and friendly service.
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time programs and policies.
• Promote Life Time swim programs and maintain pool programming quality.
• Ensure clean, safe, and well-organized aquatics facilities.
