Qualifications

• 5+ years in relatable technical fields with HVAC, clean rooms, lab space, or critical environment.
• 2+ years management experience including at least one year in property or facilities management, and demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience with controls and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Lab/cleanroom experience recommended.
