You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC and building systems, mentor technicians, and document outcomes using CMMS and Coupa. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong safety focus, and the ability to respond quickly to break-fix requests to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on experience with facilities maintenance including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues across commercial environments.
• Familiar with CMMS and purchasing/ordering systems (Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to maintain a safe, clean store environment and assist in daily store readiness.
• Respond to break-fix requests and perform advanced troubleshooting; delegate work orders as needed.
• Perform on-demand and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems; monitor building controls.
• Mentor other technicians to grow in their roles and share knowledge.
• Document maintenance actions and outcomes; ensure proper reporting and compliance.
