Qualifications

• 1 year verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Ability to climb and balance on a ladder.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in adverse weather.
• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good manual dexterity; standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks including physical labor as instructed by supervisor.
• Work with crew members and operate a variety of hand and power tools including drills, hammers, and other tools as directed by management.
• Clean and prepare sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing and disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenches.
• Load and unload supplies around the worksite manually and with equipment.
