Qualifications

• 1 year verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to climb and balance on a ladder.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel or sit for long periods.
• Must communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly.

Responsibilities

• Capability to perform tasks including physical labor as instructed by supervisor.
• Work with crew members and operate a variety of hand and power tools including drills and hammers as directed by management.
• Clean and prepare sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing debris and waste, and digging trenches.
• Load and unload supplies around the worksite manually and with equipment.
