Candidates should have basic construction experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work with a crew in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 1 year verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Able to climb and balance on a ladder.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to stand, kneel, bend or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving physical labor as directed by supervisor.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools as directed by management.
• Clean and prepare sites, erect scaffolding, dispose of debris and waste.
• Load and unload supplies manually or with equipment.
