Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities or related engineering field with 5 years of project management experience or 9 years of experience in engineering and project management.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and infrastructure projects typically exceeding $100K, including upgrades and lifecycle improvements.
• Develop project scopes, specifications, and SOWs aligned with standards and requirements.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and contractor services.
• Manage planning, execution, installation, and commissioning of facilities systems.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, contractors, and service providers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement of facilities operations using lean practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, budget and operational needs.
• Develop cost-effective engineering solutions while maintaining continuity.
