Job summary

Garlock is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer- Facilities Maintenance to design, plan, and administer plant capital projects that improve performance, safety, and efficiency across our manufacturing campus. You will partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to deliver high-visibility upgrades, equipment installations, and modernization initiatives.

You will manage scopes, budgets, and schedules, develop ROI analyses, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations while driving

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities/maintenance project engineering experience.
• Strong people skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design or approve designs for expansions or modifications to equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate construction activity on the plant site.
• Develop ROI estimates for capital projects.
• Monitor project costs and provide construction management.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC, and other regulations.
• Prepare periodic status reports for plant management.
