Base pay range

$62,250.00/yr - $100,130.00/yr

Job Description

Leads, plans, organizes, and evaluates vendors, construction, installations, repairs, and maintenance of all facility structures, systems, and equipment; manages the department budget; oversees project and staff schedules. Ensures adherence to departmental policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Leads and guides day-to-day operations of the facility’s Engineering and Maintenance department.
• Assists in planning requested, corrective, emergency, and preventative maintenance and repairs of buildings and structural facilities.
• Plans, organizes, and leads the work of the facilities maintenance crews.
• Ensures regulations are followed in all aspects of assigned tasks.
• Maintains up-to-date and orderly documentation of facilities' preventive maintenance and inspection records.
• Ensures all assignments and projects meet current code compliance.
• Conducts and attends department staff meetings.

Job Qualifications
